Overview

Provide fast, accurate customer support and resolve queries for a secure document destruction firm.

Tasks

-Represent Restore Datashred professionally during customer meetings, both virtually and on-site when required -Manage customer accounts, ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and changes are communicated proactively -Support new and existing team members through knowledge sharing and participation in training -Identify opportunities for improvement in processes or service delivery, contributing to a better customer journey -Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all queries are resolved promptly, accurately, and within SLA -Liaise with internal teams, including operations, finance and account management, to obtain information and resolve issues -Handle and resolve complaints professionally, taking ownership to ensure positive outcomes -Process customer orders and requests using internal systems and external customer portals

What You Bring

-Ability to extract relevant information and identifyproblems -Ability to prioritise workload, multitask, and work independently while handling complaints -Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines/targets -Strong communication skills, both written and verbal -Previous experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment -Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organisational skills -Competent in standard software packages with a willingness to learn new ones -Proven ability to achieve and maintain KPI targets
