What You Bring

-3 - 5+ years of experience in residential property maintenance (or similar fields) -Strong leadership and communication skills -A positive, solution-oriented attitude and exceptional problem-solving abilities -Strong training in plumbing and electrical systems -Expertise in general apartment maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, appliances, electrical) -A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to between properties if needed -CFC and HVAC certification required
