Ensure adherence to safety, environment, and quality protocols.
Ensure efficient operation of Pyro section, including preheater, kiln, cooler, and related auxiliaries.
Assist in shutdown/start-up activities and maintain process discipline.
Operate Kiln, Raw Mill, and related equipment from the Central Control Room (CCR).
Record plant data, prepare daily operational reports, and communicate deviations.
Monitor plant parameters, make necessary adjustments to maintain stable operations.
Coordinate with field operators for smooth and safe running of equipment.
Respond promptly to operational upsets; troubleshoot and optimize process conditions.
Maintain Raw Mill operations within defined process and quality standards.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a CCR Operator in a cement plant.
Ability to identify abnormalities and respond effectively.
Familiarity with process parameters, control logic, and DCS operations.

Education: Diploma in Chemical Engineering / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry or related discipline).
