Tasks

As a Snow Crew Lead at CSL, you’ll be at the front of the action, leading a team of snow removal professionals to ensure our clients’ properties remain safe and accessible no matter what winter throws our way. This role requires leadership, reliability, and a hands-on approach — you’ll be out there alongside your crew, setting the pace and ensuring the job gets done efficiently and safely.

What You Bring
