Tasks
-Supports Hiring Managers with identifying key areas for postings and hiring needs -Investigating and responding to employee relations concerns -Draft and post job listings in the Applicant Tracking System and various recruitment platforms -Lift up to 15 lbs; carry work materials, equipment, and luggage while traveling. -Utilizes applicant tracking system to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and applicant files and proper disposition of candidates -Screens candidates by phone to determine qualifications for the position and assists managers with any needed interview assistance to help in the selection of candidates -Stand, walk, and sit for extended period of time -Attend job fairs to recruit talent in person and partner with local community organizations -Serves as point of contact for employees on HR related matters. -Monitors daily leave management (FMLA, Worker’s Comp, Personal, Reasonable Accommodation) -Identifies employee strengths, mentors and advises supervisors, managers, and directors in the organization to maximize business results. -Coordinates with various Center Administrative Assistants and monitors pre-hire diligence, including background checks and drug screen status.

What You Bring
-Skillfully investigates employee relations concerns and maintains confidentiality in all matters -Highly organized, efficient, and goal oriented. -Highly organized, efficient, goal oriented, and attention to detail -Strong preference for those with experience in managing a population of “off-site/field based” employees. -Working knowledge with ERISA, ADEA, COBRA, and other federal and state regulations governing employee benefits and employment -Professional leadership presence, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proven ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of employees -Experience working in HRIS Systems (UKG and iCIMS a plus) -Ability to work in various environments (Field, Office, Travel, and Remote Work) -Knowledge of state and federal employment law -To be 18 years of age or older -Ability to operate with a high degree of integrity and commitment to treat people reasonably and with respect is essential. -PHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred. -Professional presence, polished written and verbal communication skills, and proven ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of employees. -Demonstrated ability to understand key customer’s business units, help business units meet goals, and become a trusted business partner. -High degree of integrity, and commitment to treat people reasonably and with respect -Valid driver’s license, including a MVR record deemed acceptable by the company. -1-3 years of exempt level HR experience in a multi-state, multi-unit environment with a significant non-exempt employee population. -Authorization to work in the United States for this company -Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization; sound decision-making and problem solving skills -Federal and Multi-State Legal Compliance -Extensive local travel (car, air, and train.) and National travel within our market. Travel for this position is expected to be between 25-75%. -Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resource Management or business-related discipline.
