Operate and supervise cargo handling, vessel safety, and tanker dispatch at a terminal.

Tasks

-Perform vessel safety check/ cargoes planning with Vessel’s master -Supervise dispatch operation -Perform system check during transfer -Assist in system trouble shooting -Perform coverage for planned/ unplanned absenteeism -Continuously grow the transferable skills you need to get ahead. -Prepare tankage for release post transfer -Coordination with Bukom for transfer, plan and execute the transfer -Ensure tanks/ products ready for daily delivery -Conduct system monitoring during cargo operation -Manage safe operation of tanker activities -Perform documentation for pre/ post delivery -Post operation tankage checks/ confirmation of quantities and qualities of product. -Supervise mooring / unmooring of vessels for berthing unberthing activities -Pre-receipt/ delivery tanks/ system checks and preparation

What You Bring

-Diploma holder required with min 2-3 years of relevant work experience -Self-starter with good time management skills, written and verbal communication skills -Operational experience and familiarity with Terminals are preferable -Blending of different bitumen grade -Pre transfer tankage/ system check -Able to multi-task and prioritize work -This position requires the use of system applications like GSAP and several interfacing Caps like GIB and Omega -Jetty/ tanks/ pumps etc surveillance check
