Tasks

Our client relationships are the foundation of our success, and our primary goal is to help each of our clients achieve their vision. We do this by carefully managing the details and complexities of each project and communicating constantly with all team members. -Review plans and specifications. -Develop preliminary schedule. -Provide accurate take-off. -Work with estimating team to build the estimate and pricing. -Visit project and pre-bid meetings to understand site conditions/scope.

What You Bring

-B.S. Degree – Construction Management or Engineering -Strong working knowledge of estimating software like Cost-OS, OST and Planswift -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills -Working knowledge of programs such as Bluebeam, Excel, and Word -3+ years previous commercial construction experience with public, private or federal projects is required -Well-rounded base of knowledge in construction disciplines. Civil estimating experience preferred.
