Overview

Manage construction administration for multiple projects and implement firm-wide CA protocols.

Tasks

-Collaborate with project architects and design teams to resolve field issues efficiently. -Contribute to projects in the education, municipal, and community sectors, ensuring alignment with public agency standards and stakeholder expectations. -Conduct site visits and review submittals and RFIs. -Manage the Construction Administration phase of multiple architectural projects. -Implement and oversee firm-wide CA protocols and best practices. -Mentor junior staff and contribute to professional development within the CA team. -Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and building codes. -Spearhead QA/QC processes to maintain high standards of documentation and construction quality. -Act as a primary liaison between the firm, clients, and construction teams. -Maintain detailed records of construction progress, issues, and resolutions.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Revit and construction management software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, BIM 360). -10–20 years of experience in architectural construction administration. -Deep understanding of construction documentation, building systems, and detailing. -Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software. -Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. -Proven experience in QA/QC processes and field coordination. -Architectural licensure preferred. -Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. -Demonstrated experience with education, municipal, and community-based projects. -Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proactive mindset.
