Tasks

-To identify, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the community to promote and deliver Southern Waters support package. -Utilise local knowledge and stakeholder activity along with relevant insight to develop and deliver targeted support within allocated region. -Provide customers with single point of contact for financial and vulnerability support ensuring tailored case management by utilising entirety of Southern Waters support package.

What You Bring

-Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision, being mobile regionally. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations empathetically. -Full UK driving license. -Experience of working in community and stakeholder engagement activities, including hard to engage communities.
