The Role

Overview

Coordinate and manage maintenance schedules, vendors, staff, and budget for equipment/facilities.

Tasks

-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology and incorporate them into our processes. -Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for all equipment and facilities -Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment maintenance logs and service reports -Identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes and implement necessary changes -Monitor and track maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards -Develop and maintain relationships with equipment suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and supplies -Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks -Train and supervise maintenance staff to ensure they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties -Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any equipment or facility issues -Monitor and manage maintenance budget to ensure cost-effective operations -Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair services

What You Bring

-Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to the oil and gas industry. -Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field -Excellent organizational and time-management skills -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software -Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance coordination, preferably in the oil and gas industry -Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines -Strong knowledge of maintenance techniques, procedures, and best practices -Strong communication and interpersonal skills
