Tasks

-Commitment to safety and quality standards. Participate in pre-task planning and safety briefings. -Support scheduling and collaborate with other offices in the Front Range as needed. -Answer and manage incoming calls and dispatch technicians to precise locations based on qualifications and project requirements. -Maintain clear communication with technicians, managers, lab, clients, and contractors. -Dispatch in an incident and injury free manner consistent with Terracon’s guidelines prioritizing employee well-being. -Ensure adherence to safety protocols and report any concerns promptly. -Resolve resource conflicts through effective communication and negotiation. -Support office operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed. -Coordinate daily schedules with the project management team to ensure efficient coverage. -Use internal tools (e.g., Materials Dashboard, CMELMS, Project Exchange) to balance workload and optimize resource allocation. -Maintain quality standards across all assigned projects.
