Tasks

-Build improved & optimal response times of newly developed systems -Build robust systems integration framework to achieve seamless dataflow between the systems -Conduct regular security assessments and audits for the systems under management. -Proactively addressing any technical issues to minimize disruptions. -Implement technology and process driven operational efficiencies for key business stakeholders -Implement robust security measures and protocols to protect passenger data and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. -Lead & Drive technology solutions using latest technology stack which will enhance efficiencies and bring in optimizations, operational efficiencies -Implement performance tuning and optimization strategies to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. -Timely execution of projects with minimal escalations during project implementation phase. -Conduct feasibility study as needed, develop PoC’s document Systems Requirement and prepare detailed system design. -Review code thoroughly and recommend best practices -Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between these systems to enhance passenger experience. -Achieve a 10% reduction in operational costs attributed to manual interventions. -Evaluate final system design in order to identify potential problem areas, and make appropriate recommendations to ensure that solution is scalable. -Develop and manage Detailed planning of strategically important projects / initiatives -Evaluate options and present recommendations to IT Leadership team -Ensure solutions are deployed as per CISO guidelines and approvals. -Lead technology driven projects to evaluate software products, solutions and cutting-edge technology to enhance consumer experience and provide competitive edge -Evaluate final system design in order to identify potential problem areas and make appropriate recommendations to ensure that solution is scalable. -Involve in technology & design discussions to provide meaningful solutions, reviews & feedback. -Focus on Transaction processing speed and throughput rates of existing / new systems. -Achieve 10% reduction in improvement in processing by adopting latest technologies. -Create automation landscape / platform which can quickly spin-up automation and digitalization across various business functions -Manage risks and mitigations efficiently throughout project lifecycle -Implement Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics to bring in better control in data -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, workflows, and integration points across various systems / applications. New Product evaluation, Automation & Technology adoption -Create technology roadmap for existing & newly developed systems / solutions -Study the product / solutions. Prepare detailed evaluation criteria on technological solutions -Conducts regular reviews with project stakeholders. -Lead and drive technically to Monitor the performance, scalability & uptime of newly developed or existing enterprise systems -Actively participate and lead key technological initiatives during upgrade / migration

What You Bring

-Must have managed large scale end to end business applications migrations with detailed planning, project risks and mitigations. -Teamwork & Interpersonal influence -Independent, self-motivated, team player and high willingness to learn and quickly adopt to change -Use of best & scalable technology stack to achieve uni-directional / bi-directional integrations -Capability Building -Active involvement and hands on coding & implementation of key modules -Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, knowledge AI / GenAI solutions would be ideal for this position. -Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking -Prospective candidate should be willing to work independently in the capacity of solution architect using advanced technology including AI/ML but not limited to JAVA stack -Social Awareness -12-15 years of hands-on experience in architecting mission critical enterprise solutions, preferably Airport specific systems in a multi-stakeholder ecosystem. -Must have experience in creating application migration Roadmap & Strategy. -Must have deep knowledge and exposure to public cloud environments such as Azure / AWS / GCS -The effectiveness of your leadership, and ability to manage and mitigate technical risks. -Ability to innovate and improve processes that will be a significant factor.
