What You Bring

-Ideal for early-career individuals, though open to all ages -Willingness for physical work and lifting up to 20kg -White card (or willingness to obtain one quickly) -Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Manual preferred)

-Long-term career opportunities—many of our Managers and Senior Managers started here -Pay Rate: $20 - $29 per hour (starting at $20 for trainees aged 18 years, with the pay rate increasing by age and trainee classification, in line with the Award). Junior trainees (under 21) are paid at the applicable Award junior rate, while adult trainees receive $27-29/hr. -Get paid while you train, plus earn around $3,000-$4,200 in potential incentives (amounts may vary). -Permanent employment with overtime penalty rates -Company ute provided for site-based roles (available after a qualifying period).
