system integration
  • Delivery & commissioning: Own design → build → test → deploy; create runbooks and operator job aids; support site start-ups and FAT/SAT; analyze issues and drive root-cause fixes.
  • SCADA/MES development: Design and build SCADA and MES workflows (e.g., OEE, Track & Trace), reusable templates/UDTs, alarm philosophy, historian tagging, and role-based HMIs.
  • Collaboration & mentoring: Partner with controls (PLC), OT networking, IT/Cloud, and operations; mentor junior engineers through pairing, reviews, and clear standards.
  • Data & databases: Design and optimize database schemas for major platforms (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and write Named Queries.
  • Industry 4.0 alignment: Apply ISA-95/ISA-88 models, UNS/asset hierarchies, and digital-thread principles so data flows cleanly from equipment to MES and enterprise analytics.
  • Connectivity & Integrations: Integrate PLCs and devices via OPC UA , drivers, and gateways; implement MQTT where appropriate; and build REST APIs and secure interfaces to enterprise systems (ERP, CMMS, analytics).
