Tasks

-Raise capital to fund the growth of EnFin’sresidentialTPO business. -Develop presentation materials for investors. -Assist in deal executionwith JV/debt/tax equity investors. -Review and comment on complicated JV, debt, and tax equity legal documents. -Work with 3rd partyappraisers, insurance providers, and independent engineers. -Build and maintain complex project finance/tax equity models. -Ensure a close linkage between capital costs and market pricing. -Perform both recurring and ad-hocanalysis to support the senior members of the capital markets team. -Teach and instill best practices for junior members of the team. -Assist asset management team in preparing borrowing requests and executing tranche sales.

What You Bring

-Experience building and maintaining complex project finance Excel models. -Experiencein MS Office Suite and Excel (Pivot tables,functions,& VBA). -Excellentwritten and verbalcommunication skills and ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. -Ability to adapt and work well in a fast-paced, “start-up” work environment. -Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, engineering or related field. -Experience with SQL,Pythonor SAS. -Unparalleledwork ethics and ability to research, identify and troubleshoot problems independently. -Minimum 8+ years of professional work experience including 5+ years of experience in project financeor structured financeatatop-tierdeveloper,asset manager, or investment bank. -Basic understanding of consumer lending, credit underwriting,andrenewable energy finance. -3+ years of experience in consumer or renewable energy finance. -Relentless intellectual curiosity and unwavering attention to detail. -Solar Industry experience (Renewable) -Willingness to learn how to use new AI tools to enhance efficiency.
