Tasks
-Review and manage daily stock receiving and invoicing reports -Coordinate with warehouse supervisors to manage inbound/outbound shipments and customer service issues -Oversee physical inventories and assist with cycle count management -Handle petty cash transactions, including reconciliation -Oversee and lead administrative staff to maintain accuracy and efficiency in branch operations -Process claims and ensure proper documentation and resolution -Support sales efforts by assisting the branch sales team and handling customer interactions

What You Bring
-Knowledge of finance and accounting transactions in a distribution setting -Experience in inventory control, stock handling, and building products -2-5 years of related experience preferred -Customer Centric -Excellent communication and telephone skills to evaluate issues and recommend solutions -Strong planning, organization, and decision-making skills
