Tasks
-Support various HR processes by coordination, and in some cases conducting, of meetings, tracking, and reporting on progress and management of data -Prepare reports and complex HR metrics -Maintain physical or digital employee files -Review and approve employee payroll claims; prepare and submit tickets to the Global People Services team for HR and payroll system updates -Act as the point of contact for employees on general, payroll, and timesheet queries and resolve issues through immediate action -Work within defined parameters can make decisions and apply concepts to administrative issues of medium to high complexity -Prepare and submit tickets to the Global People Services team for updating of HR system data, including employee personal data, salary changes and promotions, employment details, etc -May be responsible for managing the full life cycle of specific HR processes -Work closely with Global People Services teams on resolution of issues and ongoing improvements -Generate documents such as offer letters, verification of employment, salary, and promotion letters -Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding processes, which includes conducting orientation sessions, exit interviews, benefit enrollments and exits, and system updates

What You Bring
-High School Diploma or equivalent -Proficient in Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook -Ability to juggle multiple tasks with superb accuracy -Capability to apply discretion and maintain high levels of confidentiality -Proficient in HR Systems, e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Alfresco, etc. -Ability to build good relationships -Minimum of 4 to 6 years administrative experience, with at least 3 years in an HR admin role -Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
