Tasks

-Assist with maintaining and updating design and estimating documentation -Keep up to date with the relevant British Standards and Building Regulations -Creating drawings for on-site implementation using CAD, REVIT and Solidworks -Complete building fabric and ventilation heat loss calculations -Deal with pre-sales technical enquiries -Providing estimates to customers for proposed designs -Modify existing drawings and update the database -Produce other drawings and information as requested by your department manager -As a team member of the Technical Department, you will be asked on occasion to work on a variety of projects unrelated to your usual day-to-day work -Work with the product engineer and sales team to plan, monitor and implement designs

What You Bring

-A degree-level qualification (or equivalent) in Building Services – desirable -Alternatively, a relevant Level 3 qualification with a minimum of three years' vocational experience in Building Services design – considered -Clear, effective communication skills at all levels -Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages concurrently -Excellent IT skills with strong organisational and communication abilities -Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadline -Proficiency in using CAD software -Experience working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
