Key responsibilities are leading and managing a team, ensuring quality control and safety compliance, and coordinating with other departments to meet project timelines and budgets. -Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and manage hazardous activities. -Oversee precast concrete operations, including mould preparation, casting, curing, and lifting. -Monitor the quality, tolerances, and dimensional accuracy of cast-in-situ and precast elements. -Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues. -Perform site inspections to identify and control potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. -Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure efficient workflow. -Collaborate on developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets. -Manage the logistics of materials, equipment, and labor to ensure timely and on-budget completion. -Motivate the team to maintain high productivity and quality workmanship. -Supervise the installation, adjustment, and dismantling of various formwork systems . -Conduct regular safety meetings, hazard assessments, and toolbox talks. -Lead and manage a team of carpenters, laborers, and operators to construct concrete structures.
