Tasks

-Ingest and reconcile field data (photos, forms, GPS points/lines) with design and permitting layers; flag discrepancies for resolution. -Support conversion of LiDAR data to digital platforms for accessibility and review. -Ensure you and your family receive the services needed to support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. -Promote an inclusive culture by welcoming diverse perspectives and fostering a sense of belonging. -Build and maintain feature services, geodatabases, and map products (static and web) to support planning, design, permitting, and construction. -Identify opportunities to streamline data flows (i.e., CAD/BIM-to-GIS conversion, ABD/AUD export/ingest). -Configure and use ArcGIS Field Maps/Survey123 for mobile data capture. -Coordinate with Project Designers, CAD, Field/GIS, and Permitting teams to align schedules and ensure timely updates. -Publish and version datasets; manage domains, subtypes, and symbology per client standards. -Maintain data lineage, audit logs, and ensure compliance with standards. -Digitize and attribute telecom assets (i.e., ducts, cables, splice points, closures, poles) from design drawings, redlines, locates, and as-built markups. -Complete topographical map deliverables for utility projects using AutoCAD, MicroStation, and ESRI software. -Collect spatial data using LiDAR, GPS, and RTK/GNSS-enabled devices; validate positional accuracy and required attributes. -Contribute to GIS standards, templates, and job aids; share tips and lightweight tools/scripts to improve efficiency. -Produce web maps and dashboards (i.e., ArcGIS Dashboards) for tracking progress and supporting decisions. -Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of deliverables. -Run topology and validation checks; resolve geometry and attribute errors.

What You Bring

-Clear communicator who works effectively with both field and office teams; committed to safety and continuous improvement. -Strong understanding of site plans and utility project workflows. -Proficiency with Esri ArcGIS (Pro, Enterprise, Online), Survey123, Field Maps, and MS Office; familiarity with data modeling, domains/subtypes, and topology rules. -Post-secondary education in GIS, Geomatics, or Field Technologies preferred. -Minimum 1–2 years of experience with ESRI and AutoDesk platforms. -Self-motivated and adaptable; eager to learn new skills and take on responsibilities in a collaborative team environment. -Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
