Tasks

-Create and manage detailed 3D models using Tekla Structures for light gauge steel framing systems. -Produce accurate fabrication drawings, GA drawings, and reports in line with project specifications. -Liaise with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure technical coordination and design accuracy. -Support design and manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient workflows between office and production. -Review and check drawings for quality, consistency, and buildability.

What You Bring

✅ Strong understanding of construction detailing and connection design principles. ✅ Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings. ✅ Proven experience working as a Tekla Detailer, ideally within light gauge or cold-formed steel. ✅ Confident communicator, able to work independently and within a team. We’re seeking a Tekla Detailer with experience in light gauge steel detailing to join a growing and forward-thinking engineering team based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a detailer who’s passionate about precision design, 3D modelling, and producing high-quality fabrication drawings. ✅ Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Benefits
