Tasks

-Assist in developing land use plans, zoning frameworks, and sustainable urban planning development strategies. -Conduct site research, demographic and spatial data analysis, and contribute to planning reports and presentations. -Participate in stakeholder and client meetings, contributing to discussions with fresh, innovative ideas. -Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and landscape designers. -Use GIS, CAD, and visualization tools to produce maps, diagrams, and analytical outputs. -Support the preparation of urban, regional, and master plans, including data collection, spatial analysis, and design layouts. -Stay informed on the latest urban planning trends, sustainability frameworks, and UAE planning policies.

What You Bring

-Internship or academic project experience in urban planning or city development. -Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, Geography, or related discipline. -Familiarity with planning and design software such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS/QGIS, Rhino/SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools. -Strong teamwork and communication abilities. -Eagerness to learn, innovate, and contribute to the UAE’s evolving urban landscape. -Excellent research, analytical, and report writing skills. -Awareness of UAE Vision, sustainability goals, and urban development frameworks.
