Tasks

-Candidate shall be able to lead production meetings with other stakeholders, -Ensuring 100% compliance to safety, quality & HR policies in the shift while supervising the Operators to get the targeted output. -Plan and coordinate with other stakeholders on daily basis to ensure availability of resources (material, manpower etc) in the shift. -Supervising and managing team of Operators on the production line, ensuring maximum output in the shift.

We celebrate IMPACT Makers and believe everyone has the potential to be one. 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in oil type transformer manufacturing, having detailed knowledge & understanding of transformer manufacturing process upto 100 MVA / 132 KV. Min Qualification : Bachelor in Electrical Engg You must submit an online application to be considered for any position with us. This position will be posted until filled. -Shall be able to read and understand the engineering drawings of sub-assemblies, -shall have ability to manage work pressure / high demanding situations on shop floor, -Languages Fluency desired : Gujarati, Hindi & English -Basic understanding of Quality Fundamentals like root cause analysis, quality checks & stage inspection requirements, -Shall be able to do day-to-day trouble shooting in production area, -Positive mindset with go-getter approach, -Ready to work in shifts,
