-Support with admin tasks and internal communication; Processing travel claims and reimbursements. Preparing Purchase Orders. -Maintain a professional and polished office environment -Handle front desk operations and meeting room coordination -Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly attitude -Manage incoming calls and direct them efficiently -Preparing local and international couriers for Administration & Executive office.
