Tasks

From interpreting client requirements and shaping win themes through to drafting compelling content and coordinating multiple stakeholder inputs, you’ll play a key role in securing projects that grow our business. You will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality EOIs and tender submissions across civil infrastructure projects. -Provide quality review and editing support across the submissions team; -Shape high-quality submissions that win major civil projects -Collaborate with SMEs, project teams, and subcontractors for high-quality inputs; -Draft and refine persuasive written content including methodologies, CVs, and project profiles; -Coordinate EOIs and tender submissions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness; -Analyse client documentation to identify risks, opportunities, and win themes; -Maintain records in HubSpot and contribute to the content library; -Facilitate submission-related workshops and meetings to maintain momentum.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, can juggle multiple deadlines, and enjoy the mix of detail-focused drafting with broader bid strategy input, then this is for you. -Have a degree in Business, Communications, or related field (highly advantageous). -Proven experience managing complex, high-value bids in the civil, construction, mining, or infrastructure sectors; -Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint (essential); -Exceptional drafting and editing skills with strong attention to detail; -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; -Be proactive, organised, and collaborative approach to managing deadlines; -Experience with Canva, InDesign, or HubSpot (desirable);
