-Experience supporting and mentoring junior engineers in a fast-paced environment, fostering knowledge-sharing and best practices -Solid Kubernetes expertise (Helm, manifests, troubleshooting, upgrades) -Experience with containerisation and image management (Docker, ECR) -Excellent communication and collaboration skills -Proven experience with GitLab CI/CD runners (autoscaling, Docker, configuration) -Strong knowledge of Terraform or other IaC tooling -Familiar with observability and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.) -Strong background in AWS (EKS, EC2, IAM, networking, security groups, etc.)
