Tasks
-System Operations & Data Integrity - help keep our Procurement System up to date by entering accurate data and checking supplier information. -Team Collaboration - work with your team to get things done together. -Study time allocation of 6 hours per week. -Service Level Management - help process requests from staff and make sure they're completed on time. -Contracting & Category Support - help check contract information is correct across different areas. -Stakeholder Engagement - work with colleagues across the business and provide a helpful, professional service. -Technical Compliance Support - work with stakeholders to make sure rules and regulations are followed. -Development of key technical and behavioural competencies to support your career progression. -Administrative & Project Support - support the team with admin tasks like raising support tickets and making sure issues get solved. -Policy & Compliance Assistance - work with the Policy and Compliance Manager to learn how procurement rules work and provide support.

What You Bring

We're looking for an Apprentice Procurement Operations Support Officer to join our Group Procurement Team in our London office. This is a great chance to get hands-on experience in Procurement (buying goods and services for a business). You'll learn how our Procurement System (on the Salesforce platform) works, help keep it running smoothly, and support the wider team. You'll pick up technical skills, professional knowledge, and confidence while working in a supportive environment. -Good basic IT skills (e.g. using Word, Excel, Outlook). -Experience of customer service (any environment, e.g. retail, hospitality, volunteering). -Confident using spreadsheets or databases. -Organised and able to manage time effectively. -A nationally recognised qualification in procurement and supply. -Willingness to learn new skills and complete the apprenticeship qualification. -Ability to work with others and build positive working relationships. -Ability to Make an Impact: Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or Clarion -Good written and verbal communication skills. -Previous experience in an office or admin role. -Up to 24 months of structured learning. -Able to work accurately with attention to detail. -Team Player: Works well as a member of a group -Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well -Goal Completion: Inspired to perform well by the completion of tasks
