The Role

Overview

HR admin delivering HR support, onboarding, data entry, compliance via Oracle system.

Tasks

-To work in partnership with HR and Payroll teams to ensure data records are consistently and accurately maintained. -To provide general administration support to the HR Department as required including filing, answering the telephone, scanning, photocopying and emails. -To manage the UK HR Inbox. -Support: Online chat or telephone service for urgent support in a crisis -To prepare all reference requests and liaise with external companies. -To administer starter/leaver processes including all documentation, contracts, offer letters. -To prepare all contracts/letters for any changes to employee terms and conditions. -Acting as first point of contact for general HR queries. -To enter data in the HR System - Oracle and maintain these accordingly.

What You Bring

-Ability to work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information. -Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts at all levels. -Ability to work as part of a team. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail. -Good Microsoft Office skills. -Experience of using Oracle - HR IT System or a similar HR IT System. -Ability to undertake notes/minutes at meetings. -Ability to provide basic advice on employment terms, conditions, policies and procedures. -Experience of producing accurate and complex employment/contractual documentation and correspondence. -Experience working in a HR Shared Services Team. -Ability to work to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines, within defined standards. -Experience of Human Resources administration.
