Tasks

-Set a clear, inspiring vision for success and model a high-performance, service-oriented culture. -Lead impactful training sessions, workshops, and development meetings tailored to individual agents’ and team growth objectives. -Act as a strategic point of contact for client escalations and complex transactions. -Strategically recruit and onboard new and experienced agents aligned with market needs and company standards. -Use firm tools and data systems to manage agent pipelines, guide pricing decisions, and support proposal development. -Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators to ensure continuous improvement and office health. -Foster a collaborative sales environment that supports co-listing, cross-team partnerships, and client service excellence. -Mentor agents through business planning, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching. -Collaborate with support team and Company leadership to ensure operational consistency, compliance, and service delivery excellence. -Deploy agents effectively based on market dynamics and product type demand. -Provide ongoing coaching and strategic insight to accelerate individual agent success. -Lead the execution of a comprehensive agent development program to drive revenue growth and market share. -Build and sustain positive, trust-based supportive relationships with agents and staff, addressing conflict swiftly and fostering accountability

What You Bring

-Strong strategic thinking and business acumen. -Must hold or be eligible for an Ontario real estate broker license (RECO) -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and inspire. -Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree (MBA, JD) is a plus. -Prior leadership experience in coaching, training, or managing high-performing sales teams. -Minimum 5 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience with demonstrated transaction success. -Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM -Ability to manage across multiple priorities, markets, and personalities.
