-Strong written and verbal communication skills -Knowledge of and/or the ability to learn all Champion Products -Proven ability to manage and grow a large sales team. (In-home sales a plus)! -Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent experience -Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
