The Role
Overview
Assist HR team with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits & employee services.

Tasks
-Data entry for all new hire information -Assist with the preparation of the performance review process. -Files documents into appropriate employee files. -Ensure the onboarding process is completed in ADP for all new hire/rehires. -Prepares new employee files. -Participate in and monitor Safety Committee in compliance with Loss Prevention SOPs. -Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions related to personnel policies and benefits. -Assists with recruitment and tracks status of candidates. -Reconciles invoices and reports for payroll purposes. -Assist with Marriott EID administration. -Assists with all exempt and non-exempt new-employee background checks. -Run monthly reports to include new hires, terminations, birthday reports, anniversary reports in a timely manner. -Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files. -Assists with processing of terminations. -Assist with Employee Opinion Survey to ensure that it is completed by all employees on an annual basis -Work on multiple tasks, making appropriate progress towards deadlines -Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and recommends corrective action. -Assists with internal communication via newsletters, bulletin boards, orientation, and team meetings. -Conduct or assists with new employee orientation. -Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality -Manage differing personalities within the office, the hotel, and the community
