Overview

Provide administrative and paralegal support for commercial real estate attorneys.

Tasks

-Communicate professionally with clients, borrower’s counsel, title companies, and other stakeholders -Provide back-up support to administrative assistants and attorneys as needed -Assist with in-office and off-site closings, including pre- and post-closing document organization -Handle title review, including ordering titles and updated surveys -Provide daily administrative and legal support to multiple attorneys -Prepare and file State and County UCC financing statements -Open new matters using the firm’s business intake system -Draft and prepare legal documents such as commitment letters, loan documents, deeds, and purchase and sale agreements -Manage calendars, phone calls, and document scanning/profiling

What You Bring

-Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities -Enjoy working with diverse personalities within various levels of the firm -3+ years of law firm experience, preferably in commercial real estate -Strong communication and client service skills -A proactive, independent work ethic and sound judgment under minimal supervision -Proficiency in MS Office Applications -Exhibit the ability to effectively multi-task, meet deadlines, and provide solutions in a fast-paced office setting -Are comfortable working in the office every day
