Tasks

-Support the Facilities Manager in continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. -Manage tenant relations to ensure seamless fit-out execution. -Supervise and oversee the AV and Logistics team to ensure seamless event setup and smooth execution of successful events. -Assist in budget tracking, service reports, and performance reviews for outsourced vendors. -Manager vendor contract and conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality across facilities. -Respond promptly to operational issues and emergencies, coordinating with service providers for quick resolution. -Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth facility operations. -Foster strong working relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders. -Supervise and coordinate the performance of cleaning, security, landscaping, and catering services to ensure operational excellence. -Monitor contractor performance, service quality, and adherence to maintenance schedules. -Promote workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with company and statutory safety standards.

What You Bring

-Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel. -Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and completeness of item descriptions, specifications, and unit rates within the SOR. -Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management or its equivalent with minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in leading a team in carrying out facilities operations management.
