The Role

Overview

Oversee cadastral surveying, ensure accurate land boundaries for Qiddiya development.

Tasks

-Engage with external stakeholders, such as local authorities and landowners, on cadastral matters -Supervise field survey teams, coordinating fieldwork and data collection to meet project timelines and objectives -Analyze and interpret survey data to produce detailed reports, maps, and boundary determinations -Maintain comprehensive records of survey data, reports, and correspondence -Ensure all surveying equipment is maintained, calibrated, and updated according to best practices -Manage and oversee all cadastral survey activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and engineering standards -Collaborate with planning, engineering, and development teams to provide insights on land use, zoning, and property rights -Develop and implement improved survey methodologies and processes for enhanced efficiency

What You Bring

-Degree in Geomatics, Surveying, or a related field. A masters degree in real estate is an advantage -5+ year experience in cadastral surveying and land management -Fluent in Arabic and English -Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills -Proficiency in surveying and GIS software (e.g., Trimble Business Center TBC, Parcel Fabric) -Experience with geospatial databases and managing the private surveying sector
