Tasks
-Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to assess training needs and craft tailored development programs -Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, aligning human resources strategies with corporate goals and objectives -Enhance employee onboarding and engagement strategies to create a welcoming and motivational environment for new hires -Lead initiatives concerning employee development and succession planning to ensure career progression and operational continuity -Implement a robust job evaluation process to maintain job grading consistency across the organization -Initiate and drive process improvements to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services -Oversee the implementation of effective performance management systems, ensuring alignment of employee objectives with organizational goals -Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data through efficient management and governance of relevant HR systems -Manage workforce planning efforts, including talent acquisition and retention strategies to meet current and future business needs -Work with consultants to align organizational structure and operational frameworks with strategic business objectives -Develop and manage a comprehensive competency framework to bolster employee capability development

What You Bring
-Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate strong relationships across all levels of the organization -Comprehensive understanding of Saudi Arabia's labor laws and regulations -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of utilizing HR data to inform decision-making -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or HR certification is a plus -Experience in organizational development and employee engagement practices -Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment -Proficient in HRIS and advanced Microsoft Office applications -Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on HR Business Partnership -Demonstrated expertise in aligning HR initiatives with business strategies
