Tasks
-Analyze and improve manufacturing, supply chain, and financial processes through ERP-driven solutions. -Develop and enforce ERP usage standards, data governance policies, and reporting frameworks. -Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve operational agility. -Act as the liaison between IT, manufacturing teams, and leadership to translate business needs into ERP solutions. -Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, ensuring timely system support, updates, and enhancements. -Track ERP-related expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities through vendor negotiations or service consolidation. -Provide hands-on training and knowledge-sharing to end users, ensuring ERP adoption and proficiency. -Identify inefficiencies and implement automation, standardization, and best practices to enhance productivity. -Ensure vendors comply with security best practices, data protection policies, and regulatory requirements. -Develop project plans, timelines, and resource strategies to support business objectives. -Establish and maintain communication channels with vendors for troubleshooting, escalations, and system improvements. -Manage relationships with ERP vendors, consultants, and third-party support providers. -Drive data-driven decision-making by optimizing ERP reporting, analytics, and dashboards. -Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with industry regulations. -Evaluate and implement new ERP functionalities, integrations, and customizations to meet evolving business needs. -Lead ERP implementation, migration, and integration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. -Ensure ERP solutions align with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. -Oversee the daily operations, enhancement, and governance of Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) and SAP B1 (Business One) ERP . -Ensure cross-functional alignment between IT, operations, finance, and leadership teams. -Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal IT policies. -Manage change control processes and user adoption strategies to maximize ERP ROI. -Develop user-friendly documentation and best practices for ERP usage.

What You Bring
-5+ years of experience managing Oracle and/or SAP ERP systems in a manufacturing environment. -Experience with other manufacturing ERP is a plus. -Proven expertise in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and digital transformation. -Experience with ERP integrations, automation, and reporting tools. -Knowledge of EDI, MES, shop floor automation, and data analytics is a plus. -Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities. -Bachelor’s degree in information systems, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field. -Strong project management, change management, and leadership skills.
