Tasks

-Administer all IT systems and recommend efficient modifications to systems to improve efficiency and reduce cost of all operations. -Assist in the development and maintenance of IT systems and databases using programming code in Visual Basic, C#, HTML, JavaScript, VB6, .Net Framework, SQL, ZPL (zebra labeling code) -Serve as Level 2 support for internal customers with issues related to IT infrastructure and application services. -Perform system monitoring, audits, updates to ensure the proper functioning of IT systems. Make recommendations for improvement. -Provide advanced technical expertise and resolve high priority issues crossing technology domains. -Identify and resolve technical issues and maintain the security of the company’s computer systems. Comply with SOX controls and ensure compliance with IT internal policies.

What You Bring

-+3 years of experience in IT support or a related field. -Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field required. -Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users. -Knowledge and experience in software development using programming languages such as C#, VB, HTML, JavaScript, SQL. -English 80% -Experience with ERP, QMS, and MES applications, such as SAP, PLEX, Oracle/ -Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems. -Experience in database management including SSIS development.
