Tasks

-Develop and oversee design documentation from conceptual phases through construction administration. -Supervise and mentor less experienced staff, fostering their growth and development. -Coordinate technical aspects of projects, including code compliance, systems integration, and constructability. -Participate in client engagement, maintaining positive relationships and a commitment to service excellence. -Utilize advanced design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp for production and presentation purposes. -Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and adherence to contract documents. -Ensure project design intent is incorporated into detailed documents and aligned with Performance Based Design principles.

What You Bring

-10 years of architectural experience with advanced knowledge of design processes, building systems, and construction methodologies. -Master’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent. -Experience with SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and BSD Spec Link. -Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and experience in producing construction documents. -Licensed Architect with current license. -Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent -NCARB registration and AIA membership. -CSI-CDT certification (training provided). -LEED AP and WELL AP certifications.
