  • Oversee and manage the company’s full pipeline of real estate transactions.
  • Manage all aspects of the transaction process from contract to closing.

We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and organized Transaction Manager to lead and oversee all transaction processes from contract to close. This leadership role is responsible not only for managing transactions but also for building and improving systems, training and supervising support staff (if any), ensuring compliance across files, and acting as a liaison between internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of operational excellence, industry knowledge, and leadership to drive a seamless, high-volume transaction pipeline.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator in real estate (residential, investment, or commercial).
  • Prior management or team lead experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume transactions concurrently.
  • Exceptional organization and follow-through skills.
  • Real estate license (preferred but not required depending on state regulations).
  • Deep understanding of real estate contracts, escrow timelines, disclosures, and compliance.
  • Knowledge of [state]-specific real estate laws (e.g., California) if applicable.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
