Overview

Prepare estimates and support inside sales for sheet metal and mechanical projects.

Tasks

-Prepare Bids: Review drawings and specifications to develop comprehensive, timely bid submissions. -Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Estimating, Air Distribution, and Mechanical teams to align pricing strategies and bid positioning. -Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities. -Product Promotion: Promote E.H. Price Solutions’ products and those of our third-party partners. -Sales Support: Prepare shop drawing submittals, process change orders, generate quotations, place orders, and follow up on deliveries. -Training & Development: Participate in internal and vendor-led training sessions (occasional travel required). -Perform Quantity Takeoffs: Complete precise takeoffs using Bluebeam or manual methods. -Manage RFQs: Organize, track, and process incoming Requests for Quotation with accuracy and efficiency.

-Vendor Relations: Ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships. -Technical Proficiency: Skilled in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. -Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret various engineering drawings. -Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. -HVAC Expertise: Experience in sales with strong knowledge of HVAC systems. -Education: College diploma and/or university degree.
