Tasks

-Manage risk, quality, and compliance across all phases of transmission projects -Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior engineers in the team -Drive innovation and implement strategies for continuous improvement -Lead the design and engineering of overhead transmission lines (up to 500kV) -Perform QA reviews for work completed by peers -Establish and strengthen client relationships

What You Bring

-Demonstrate a strong understanding of transmission line standards and construction practices -Experience in application of multidisciplinary standards relevant to Transmission Line design -Extensive experience in overhead line design and industry practices -Minimum 5 years’ experience in an engineering consultancy or utility environment -Bachelor’s degree in electrical, civil, or structural engineering -Advanced skills in PLS-CADD suite including PLS-POLE, and PLS-TOWER -Strong communication and project coordination skills
