Tasks

-Stay current with FDA guidelines, industry trends, and regulatory updates. -Collaborate with internal regulatory, quality, and product development teams. -Interpret and apply FDA regulations related to product ingredients, labeling, and safety. -Prepare comprehensive reports detailing compliance status and required corrective actions. -Review and evaluate 34 customer-submitted product formulations for FDA compliance. -Identify regulatory risks and provide actionable recommendations for reformulation or documentation updates.

What You Bring

-Ability to manage multiple formulations and meet project deadlines. -Familiarity with INCI nomenclature and ingredient databases. -Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC) or similar credential is a plus. -Proven expertise in regulatory compliance and FDA standards. -Strong understanding of chemical composition, ingredient interactions, and safety assessments. -Excellent communication and documentation skills. -Experience with cosmetic, OTC drug, or dietary supplement formulations. -3+ years of experience in formulation science within an FDA-regulated industry. -Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
