Tasks

-Collaborate with development teams to test and verify that solutions meet business requirements -Lead other strategic Digital Marketing projects that enrich Customer Journeys and User Experience. -Takes initiative to identify and implement process best practices and efficiencies -Conducts database management for list building, data hygiene, and data enrichment activities -Partner with Salesforce CRM team to come up with the best integration and implementation solutions to ensure the successful delivery of strategic campaigns

What You Bring

-Basic knowledge of SQL queries and API concepts -Understanding of CRM concepts and email communication best practices -Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and email deliverability -Able to work in a strong collaborative environment -Requires a bachelors degree or equivalent experience -Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience -Expertise in SFMC Journey Builder, Email Studio, Content Builder, and Advertising Studio -Experience in supporting end-user requirements gathering and documentation -This person will need to be strong with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and will help maintain data integrity and integrations between our websites and SFMC -Good knowledge of AMP Script and JavaScript to support personalization efforts -Hands-on experience with creating and updating data extensions, sending real-time triggered emails -Looks to understand and improve business processes rather than simple lift and shift approaches -Strong verbal and written communication skills -Forward-thinking, well-organized, and detail-oriented
