Yard Assistant

Overview

Assist with yard maintenance, cable work, cleaning and documentation at Aggreko.

Tasks

-Ensure that the workplace is well maintained and clean -Adhere to QHSE standards -Assist on site commissions and de-commissions as labour, cable pulling, housekeeping etc. -Carry out basic maintenance as per work instructions in accordance with Aggreko standards -As a cable technician, you will be expected to maintain, repair, test and manage cable inventory. -Maintain documentation either paper or electronic as per site specifics

What You Bring

-Forklift experience is highly desirable -Must hold a full, clean and valid driving licence -Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills -Ability to plan, organise and prioritise own work -Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team -Self-driven with strong communication and people skills -Experience working in a fast-paced reactive environment- ideally within a outdoor working environment
