Tasks
The Administration and Operations Executive will be responsible for managing the Founder’s emails, scheduling meetings and calls across time zones, and handling day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations. Reporting to the Director – Human Resources, this role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. The ideal candidate will be dependable, efficient, and capable of independently executing tasks such as coordinating interviews, maintaining office supplies, arranging hampers, and ensuring timely completion of assigned responsibilities. -Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and tasks are completed within the expected timelines. -Support the HR and Admin function with ad-hoc operational needs or coordination activities. -Prepare and send meeting invites, reminders, and follow-ups to participants. -Maintain trackers and documentation related to administrative tasks and office operations. -Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all logistical details for meetings and discussions are handled smoothly. -Schedule calls and meetings based on the Founder’s instructions, keeping in mind the time difference between India and the US. -Support day-to-day office administration activities such as managing stationery, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring basic office supplies are maintained. -Help with internal engagement activities such as arranging hampers, ensuring timely birthday wishes, and maintaining related records. -Assist in organizing interviews and meetings at the office by coordinating schedules and logistical arrangements. -Ensure all assigned tasks are followed through to closure with minimal supervision. -Manage and organize the Founder’s email inbox, ensuring timely responses and accurate prioritization of communication.

What You Bring
Psychosocial Skills /Human Skills/Behavioural Skills -Ability to handle communication and scheduling across multiple time zones. -Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams. -Microsoft Outlook -High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. -Prior experience supporting senior management or handling executive-level scheduling and communication will be an advantage. -Technical understanding of clean energy business processes -Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. -3–4 years of experience in administrative or operations coordination roles. -Exceptional verbal and writing communication skills in English. -Professional, discreet, and capable of maintaining confidentiality in all interactions. -Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field -Excellent interpersonal skills while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. -Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ideas and run with them from concept to conclusion. -Management experience a plus.
