Overview
Support sales team with admin tasks, reports, marketing materials, and meeting coordination.

Tasks
-Respond to common questions or complaints. -Generate standard and ad hoc reports and assist with website updates. -Collect documentation to complete voucher forms and support the Broker commission payment process. -Prepare expense reports in accordance with established guidelines. -Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, arrange travel plans and coordinate meeting room reservations. -Support print production: printing, binding, finishing. -Draft templated real estate agreement and associated disclosures. -Maintain CBRE brand client messaging inventory by applying templates to produce materials. -Coordinate sophisticated meetings and conferences. -Update and maintain various information databases.

What You Bring
-Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future -Strong marketing knowledge desirable. -Marketing/graphics experience and real estate industry experience ideal. -Ability to explain detailed information in a clear and concise manner. -High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience. Associate's degree preferred. -Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. -Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite required. -Ability to edit templates in PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign. -Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive approach. -Explain detailed and/or complicated information. Comprehend instructions, short communications, and memos. Write routine reports and communications.
