-Contribute to continuous improvement in construction processes and delivery outcomes -Monitor site performance across builds, ensuring budgets, timelines, and standards are met -Oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent residential builds whilst overseeing site-based supervisors -Lead projects across diverse locations with best-in-class systems and support -Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Supervisors to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency -Drive accountability and a strong safety culture across all construction sites -Team Oversight: Lead and support 5-6 Building Supervisors managing approx 70-80 residential builds per year -Collaborate with internal stakeholders including design, estimating, and client service teams
