Tasks

-Planning, scheduling, conducting, or coordinating engineering work that involves conventional practices and complex design features. -Conceptualizing the initial design approach for a major phase of a large project or managing the engineering work on a project of limited scope. -Supporting Project Managers by serving as an Assistant Project Manager or Assistant Project Engineer. -Identifying additional information needed from internal clients and coordinating directly with them. -Ensuring the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of project deliverables while maintaining client satisfaction. -Providing direction to less experienced engineers or technical support personnel on an as-needed basis. -Making informed decisions regarding alternative procedures when project data or details are incomplete. -Exercising independent judgment in the evaluation, selection, adaptation, and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.

What You Bring

-Strong communication and collaboration skills. -Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or application submitted and awaiting registration. -Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required. -Experience supporting both design and project management phases of land development projects. -Ability to independently manage tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams. -Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. -5+ years of post-graduate civil engineering experience.
