Provide customer service, sales, merchandising and logistics at Ausreo's Yatala Service Centre.

Tasks

-Ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees is at the forefront of all business decisions and reflects Ausreo’s Safety First’ culture; -Coordinate logistics including transport and deliveries -Welcome new and existing customers into showrooms with face-to-face selling -Troubleshoot enquiries via phone and email efficiently -Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage difficult customers -Generate quotations and engage with e-commerce and social media -Provide excellence in customer service and manage the customer journey -Manage Service Centre operations and coordinate production with factory staff -Actively promote Ausreo's products to generate sales and process orders -Handle merchandising, stock replenishment and warehouse stock control

What You Bring

-Strong verbal and written communication skills -Team player who can also work independently under pressure -Steel industry experience advantageous but not essential -Previous retail, hardware, or trade environment experience highly regarded -Our agility to provide superior service and support to our customers through our extensive Service Centre Network; and -Highly organised with excellent multitasking and attention to detail -Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly -Current driver's licence essential -Face-to-face selling skills with entrepreneurial spirit
