Conduct market appraisals, viewings, and client consultations with professionalism and confidence. Represent the brand with integrity, excellent communication, and a customer-first attitude. Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients and the business. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and local stakeholders. Ensure all activity complies with industry legislation and internal compliance standards. Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet and exceed branch and individual sales targets. Deliver expert market knowledge to clients, providing guidance throughout the sales process.
